Missing Products

Is it just me or has anyone noticed that some products are going missing? At first, I honestly thought that somebody was ♥♥♥♥ing into my farm and then I told myself not to be ridiculous, who would steal virtual cheese or jam? Now I
don't know. Wheat never goes missing or milk or bacon or wool. Always stuff that takes a lot of time to produce.

Now my sister has just contacted me to say that all the butter in her stock has gone and she knows that she hasn't used it. I mean, you could easily "lose" one butter in a cake or popcorn but not the whole lot!

Be interested to hear if anybody else has lost anything?

I make both sugars all day long and by the end of the day should have at least 15 or so of each and I look and find only 3 or 4. I do not make anything during the day on work days when I pop in every half hour and feed the machine raw sugar. Butter and cream are the same way. I make them all day long and should have a good stock by the time I get home and start to really play, only to find they are gone or down to 1 or 2.

I also notice that the orders on the board seem to change too. I'll come home and load the machines to make the items I need for the orders and then go tend to other things like animals, boat orders etc. Then later I'm expecting these orders to start showing with green checks and then I look and the orders are all different for different stuff.

I once saw someone's post saying 2 of her pigs were missing.....

Maybe programming error?

Hope you guys get it figured out soon. it sounds really frustrating...

Thanks for your replies guys. My sister and I were both beginning to think that we were suffering from Hay (Day) Fever or something! Good to see it's happening to others too. Well, not good, but you see what I mean. Doesn't make it any less irritating though!

Is it possible you upgraded your device and sold your old device without returning it to factory settings? If you have on-sold a device without resetting it, it may be that the person you sold your phone to has hijacked your farm and is playing alongside you, using your resources while you are off line.

My trees, bushes, land plots, and even my machines move around and/ or disappear for days at a time... Frustrating? Ummmm... YEAH! I've had production items go missing too, though not very often. This is my first/ only device playing HD on, so no scroungers here.

It would be very helpful to know what device everyone who experiences this plays on. Whenever you have a possible bug or other concern, ALWAYS add your device type and model to your post.

If you've not already placed in-game Support tickets, please do so. Only then can things be investigated and the reason for these odd disappearances tracked.

Hi GladeMaid, nope, no selling going on. This is my first and only iPad and I've only ever downloaded HD onto it once. So, nobody piggybacking (get it?!) off my hard work!!

Hello Cricks

I havn't placed a ticket because it felt a bit daft to do so! As I said before, who would steal virtual cheese or jam?! Just as a footnote, my sister (who, as originally mentioned, lost all her butter) has just told me that she found two toffee apples in her barn - even before she levelled up enough to get the candy machine! and also found more cups of espresso in the barn than she had made! So I guess this works both ways! It's not really enough of a problem to get upset about although heaven help anyone who steals any of my donkeys!!

Do you have children.....?

i was very confused about why my crops weren't growing overnight and the crops in my field weren't the ones I had planted until my two year old showed me "her new farm"!
