Lloot problem can be easily solved by OURSELF

That actually makes sense! Since I got Boom Beach I pretty much quit clash but i go on every other day to collect resources. If I had actually thought about doing this I might still be playing.

problem is that such a small amount out of the total amount of clashers are on the forums so it would be difficult to get the word out

Create a clan full of high lvl players and push high. name the clan something like SOLVE LOOT PROBLEM or something like that and in description put the idea

You can't collect from you collectors if your storage is full.

Or take away TH snipes in general. The reason there is no loot is because the farmers with loot are hidden behind their sniped TH. If you made the value of your TH much much higher than 1000 gold/elixir people would put their TH's inside.

Sure you might lose more on attacks but you'll see tons of loot as you scroll. This is already the case in M3 and higher since most everyone keeps their TH inside.

I didn't say stop farming.

It's a clever idea, but what % of players on this forum play the game, maybe 1%?

Won't have an impact.

How do you propose we tell thousands of players (of which maybe 10% read the forums) to expose their Town Halls? I would put my Town Hall outside and then raid 20-30 times gaining hundreds of cups. This benefits the more active people who can multiply trophies like mad. If every single person in Master III exposed their Town Halls (without Teslas or bombs and such) then the people that stay online for 30 minutes can be in Master II instantly. This won't really change anything and will just fill storages which will be emptied on walls. There is honestly no plus side to this and I don't see it ever happening.

Every fortnight i see one of these threads in this threads in the forums.
