TH7
200 army space, easy loot, defenses don't take long. TH7 is great if you know what you are doing.

7, hands down!
Before the loot rules changed it would have been TH7. Old loot rules gave them crazy +150% & 200% opportunies. But always risked total annihilation on defence.
With new loot rules I believe TH9 is king. Can still eat TH8 for a profit, and has a good crack at TH9 & TH10. Has a defence that can stop most combinations and unlocks the Queen who is so fun to use.
TH 9 gives the best of both world, defense and loot-wise. Even a premmie TH 9 is easier to catch up than any other TH level.
I love th8 because, when I first started, Shady was on top, with a town hall 8 and skull walls. I just finished maxing my lvl 7 walls and will start on those beautiful skulls today!
