Archer Vs. Golem part of MMoCC

Simple poll which is the better defensive clan castle troop? Part of our Marc Madness of Clan Castle. The 4 seeded archer vs the 13 seeded Golem.

Both are great but i have to give it to archers, tho they are easily done with they take a good few down with them

both good bc golem is a huge distraction, yet it is costly for your fellow clannies and a bk can wreck it.archer are versatile and always work.

On defense I would take archers any day. Golem is just a meat shield. A lot of health, but he dies in a corner really fast.

rather have a drag or wizzies over any one.

Archers are probably going to win by a landslide. They are just more versatile but I love a Golem in CC if my opponent doesn't lure it out. They will get stuck on him for a while inside my base while my defenses just wipe out all the troops:cool:

I don't request for Golems so I don't get them:rolleyes: Since I'm a farmer Hogs and Balloons aren't really a problem anyways:cool:

I guess golems could be a distraction by causing attackers to laugh when they see it lumbering out of the CC.

Lol, true story here. I had a lvl5 golem in CC and did not realize it. Was at 48% on an attack and dropped CC by 2 builders huts. Out popped golem. I was so friggin ♥♥♥♥♥♥. And I am sure the guy watching the replay got a lol too!

the only time I would want a golem in my CC is when I was 100% sure I would be attacking with him.

hehe, probably the only thing worse is dump your cc of wizzies and see a giant bomb pop up!

The Wizard thing actually happened to me just now! I'm SOOO mad right now:mad:! I always forget I have a Golem in my CC and I usually put down CC as a last resort. Of course, out pops a Golem and nothing happens because its useless on its own. We really need to learn to check our CCs huh:cool:

Got to throw my love for Barbarians in the clan castle. In my last defence, 25 level 4-6 Barbs stopped a gang of level 6 giants in their tracks!
