I have noticed that it comes by night to my farm. I happen to get it sometimes, when my little baby wakes up and before going back to bed I check my farm.
But I don't check my game every night, so I am losing sight of it.
Does yours have a usual time? Which is it?
It comes at 5:00 p.m. for me from now until November, after that it will come at 4:00 p.m.

Comes at 8 am for me (GMT+8) every morning, or slightly after if I didnt get on at that hour. You got it when you log in after that hour mark.

I believe it comes at the same time every night, which is Midnight Helsinki time. Where you are in the world in relation to Helsinki determines what time it arrives for you.
11.00am for me too...I'm pretty sure that Greg stocks his RSS at the same time each day

It comes aroung 4 or 5 am, which I guess is 10-11 pm NY time.
My hour segment is GMT +1 (Madrid time)
Well this is not good, it should come by daytime for everybody. Who is awake at 4 am?
At this time of year (Daylight Savings Time), it arrives at 6pm, but in the fall/winter months, it arrives at 5pm.

I am in California and currently the wheel of fortune, as well as Alfred (the mailman) both arrive at 5:00pm. It only arrives if my game is open though. Otherwise they show up when I do open it after 5:00 pm. And yes, like others have said, the time they arrive will change to 4:00pm come November when we change the clocks an hour back.
I dont usually pay attention to the exact time, but it is about 5 PM PST, I dont know the GMT for here though... ;)
It arrives at midnight GMT.
7 p.m. my current time. 6 p.m.during the fall and winter months.
I'm in the UK and it comes at midnight, along with Alfred with his thank-you notes and also Greg's shop re-stock. It's interesting really because I was convinced that one of my followers was in England but is obviously not, as the W of F truck is never parked at her shop at midnight!!
During daylight savings time it arrives and your gift cards and thank you's appear along with other changes each night at 8:00PM EST US.
