Any way to manipulate your defensive log?

Like how long do the players stay in your defensive log? Is it just a certain number of spots? If there is someone I want to stay in my log, would revenging someone I don't want on there help keep the other person longer?

I don't know if this would work or be effective but since I started trying to get trophies(up to around 1250 in Silver 1) I have noticed that the majority of the people that attack me have level 2 DE storage or at least some DE. I'm a few days out from being a TH7. When I am would it be effective to lightning revenge these players for DE? Would that get me a bk quickly? Should I keep pushing to gold? So I guess would this work? And is there anyway to be "picky" about who is in your defensive log? These players I would revenge back can't attack me again correct?

Yes, there is indeed a set number of entries in your defense log. Once you start hitting that cap, the oldest defense logs will be overwritten automatically.
