[Guide] How to get master league at townhall 8.
Hi guys, So I use these forums alot, getting tips from people on attacking and farming etc, and I'm pretty sure this guide has been done already by someone. However I'm going to make my own anyway to share how I did it at townhall 8.

Yes as you can see I'm using The southern teaser by Tempest, so a big thanks to him for this awesome base! :)
What you will need:
1) A good amount of gold.
2) an OK amount of elixir, say around 1.5 mil
3) Max troops(DE Troops dont count)
4) Barb king should have the Iron fist ability
5) Time.
6) PATIENCE
7) Raiding in sessions
Alright, so now you're ready to push!, I'll write what I did in different trophy ranges
1500-2000
Its pretty easy getting to crystal league. All you've got to do is Snipe townhalls and BARCH.
I use 2 barracks for archers, 2 for barbs, and take 3 lightning with me.
So I send barbarians first and archers after, Barbs act as a meat shield. In any case you are stuck at 46-49%. Use those lightning spells you got Or your CC troops to get the 50%
Thats pretty much it.
2200-2400
Here I used a mix of armies, I was just trying to have some fun while I could. I used the balloonion strategy, with 28 balloons and 30 minions. I used barch. I used 12 balloons and 7 drags lol.... I used the GOWIPE.
But those were just for fun, the main strategy here was a modified BARCH, just added 8 giants to it. 3 lightning spells.
I would look for the right base to attack, I would totally ignore the TH 10's and 9's because I can't win against them with BARCH, if you can then go for it. I mainly looked for TH 8 or 7's, or Townhall snipe.
Just keep looking, keep looking and eventually you'll find it, thats where the Requirement: patience and alot of gold comes in.
2400-2600.
Alright, now THIS is the main part. I hope you haven't run out of gold!
Here, I would just prepare a hogrider army. I used 2 versions of it:
1) 20 level 2 hogs, 14 level 5 wizards, 4 wall breakers, 18 barbs and archers. CC- archers/wizard/dragon.
2) 24 level 2 hogs, 10 wizards, 22 archers, 18 barbarians CC- archers/ wizards/ dragon
3 healing spells are a MUST for the hog rider strategy
I used the barbarians to lure out the heroes and Clan castle. I take em out with the rest of the barbs and archers, throw in a wizard or two to provide support.
Deploy your hogs all in one area, preferably on the area with the most splash damage because wizard towers can seriously hurt your hogs. Heal spell placement is key in this strategy and it has to be placed NOT ON TOP OF THE HOGS, but where they are going to go next.
I recommend watching Mystic7(yeah i think thats the name) videos on youtube, he has done some nice hog raids in his quest to master league videos.
What base to attack:
Again, look for townhall 7's and 8's, and if you find a snipe, then take it. Also you must look out for dead bases, the bases in which infernos and Xbows are empty and the collectors are full. they can also be attacked for 50%.
I advise boosting your spell factory for your playing session because otherwise those heal spells will take alot of time. I boosted once or twice per day. it didnt really matter because now you get a nice amount of gems by clearing the bushes etc so you can make those gems back no problem.
also: while your army is preparing, I would say that dont sit idle, just look for a townhall snipe within that time, it will take 30 mins to make your army, and Within that time I used to find 1 or 2 snipes easily. those extra trophies really do help!
Oh and I almost forgot:
YOU MUST BE ONLINE FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR OR TWO PER SESSION. Always try and make a profit, because as soon as you log off, you're going to get 3 starred. You can get those autoclickers or "disable screen timeout" apps if you wish to stay online and prevent yourself being attacked, however the game will kick you out after 6 hours of continuously being online, but you can log in after 5 minutes, which is enough to get attacked by someone.
Also I advise listening to some music or watching a movie or something while looking for a raid as it becomes really annoying and boring at the higher leagues, this is where the "Patience" comes in handy :)
