High in trophies means only a couple things... You are incredibly patient and can keep your screen active for hours on end to string attacks together likely with at least the spell factory boosted and heroes boosted if they got damaged, or you just spend gems to heal everything back up so you can raid constantly.

Regarding the barching to 3700. This I actually have some respect for because it doesn't rely on max heroes and 5 spells. One person implied that defenses need buffed because a barcher can get to champ. That person is the champion of patience and careful base selection, as well as a little known fact that high in trophies people expect to lose every time they logout, keeping your base barchable invites a one star and it is a high trophy pushers best defense.
Arguably, the best bases defense in the game for high trophy pushers is a so called "white flag" base that use walls and defenses in such a way they give you everything except the townhall, result being you run out of time before getting to the th. This will be a really sad state of affairs when everyone realizes that due to their AI they can run gowiwi all around the entire map before they will get near the th. How fun will that be?
The argument that heroes cost thousands of dollars and years of builder time to max out so they need to be op is completely negated by the fact they are OP. They aren't participants in your army, they are the army, without them, the majority of attacks would fail. Your other troops are there to be cannon fodder so your enraged ability driven heroes can smash 6-10 frozen buildings in mere seconds. Without gemming them to full health and gemming spells immediately after for continuous raiding, this game at higher trophies is basically unplayable.
Did you keep on playing Nintendo or Diablo or whatever after you bought a game genie or found the ♥♥♥♥♥ codes? That is basically what high trophy pushing feels like now. Everyone is using the the codes and you are supposed to respect that.
Dude, I'm town hall 9 at 2950 trophies and I just put my town hall outside. Half the time people snipe it instead of 3-starring your base.

Spending money has nothing to do with game balance. Its usually skill that wins it...im sorry but u just cant drop a gowiwi with max heroes and expect to win by default...it isnt a given and it simply isnt true at champs. What you do see is a lot of skilled players above 3000 trophies and Most get to champs developing the skill required to win most raids. Ive had max heroes fail on my base and my base isnt maxxed...the real difference maker is the skill and experience of the attacker....not the units themselves.Quote:

But if they were so skilled what are they doing so low down from where they obviously should be? Is that because of the Clouds issue? Vicious cycle.. Irrespective of the reasons The high Level Heros made the difference in lets say 90% of the attacks against me.
And as others have said several times, in the main Attacks were stopped somewhere between 25-35% Then out came the Heros to finish the job.
I never said that there were not Skilled players using the strategy, however I do believe that when they are backed up with Lv40 heros that is one hell of a safety net. This can be seen on the Top player list with less than a handful of defensive wins between them.
In a game of defence, wouldnt we all just sit around and wait for each other to attack?
doesnt sound like a whole lot of fun. . or a good business plan to me.
I have to say that i do feel that a lot of the guys 'lurking' in the lower leagues with their high level bases are causing an imbalance though - perhaps one is causing the other higher up?
Hi bill, been a minute, sorry your so discouraged again. I know you'd never do it but if you really want to make champ come visit ill show you how to do it w all arcs its easy. I've been farming at champ for over a month now have been making more loot than ever and am sitting at my highest cups. Hope you push w greyjoy next week. Good luck
hey fish, thanks for the offer but you know "greyjoy for life" and all that. The mass arcs strategy is not that different to barch except in my opinion using mass archers you actually have a wider selection of bases..Quote:
