I keep seeing it and still haven't found out what it means... lol

yeah like zach said OP can be overpowered if people are saying the lvl 3 pekka's are OP. or they can be referring to the original poster in the thread(OP).

Yep as mentioned OP is original post/poster or overpowered in some sentences.
