My farming strategy!

Attachment 32552I use 15 giants, 40 barbs and archers, 6-8 wall breakers, 1 healer and 4 balloons.
I also use 1 rage spell and my barb king ( if he's in commission ). 1st. I find where and how many air defenses are and try and isolate those. Once they are gone I drop ALL giants and take to take out the air defense once that first or second mortar has released their bomb immediately release all wall breakers or I'm Order like on every half second will do the job. Once that is gone I release my healer and balloons. I have had TREMENDOUS success with this set-up!
If anyone likes my strategy or has some tips for me please let me know!

Can you tell us a bit more on how you use the healer with the wallbreakers? I've tried it before but with no such luck.

Outside of the 4 balloons you are using one of the most common farming armies for people of your TH level. There are countless topics on using this army comp and they go into much more detail. I'm not flaming you, just stating that this is one of the most common army comps in the game so it is really nothing new to people.

I'm glad you have good luck with it. As a maxed TH9 as I still farm as high as crystal 1 with this army (2 healers though) so I assure you it stays a good make up even further into the game. Enjoy.

Please define TREMENDOUS success. Attack logs would be nice.

It strikes me as a fairly slow to build and rather expensive "farming" army for TH8 (where loot is still OK with cheap, fast armies)...but if its working, good on ya.
