Who has ever spent money on gems?

I'm gonna gem first time in s week's time for my last 2 builders.... Seems like they're unneeded but I'll keep em

I'm sure it has been said already, but, you are on the forum where a lot of the coc addicts talk. It is inevitable that most of these players have purchased gems, myself included. However, I purchased these back in 2012 to get 5 builders. If the rewards were better back then, I would have let it be.

like the other free to play games i play (others mostly fps)
i've spent the occasional $20-50
i play for fun and in the future if i quit clash i won't regret the time, money i've spent on it
who cares what others think! It's your life not theirs :)
spending money on a game dosen't mean you don't have a life hahaha

May I make you my idol? LOL I told myself I likely won't spend money on the game but seems like it will bog down once hitting TH 9 or so (long upgrade times).

To the OP, I have not spent any money on the game but did waste a fair amount of time getting to Masters as TH 6 for the gems to get 4th builder.

I just use the gems I get from trees/achievements to boost spells/barracks/heroes

I never bought a single gem and never will. i'm th10 currently

Why is this a thread and a pool?

If you condemned people for spending money on a game that makes them entertained for long hours, why in the hell did you open a thread to ask who bought gems?

And by your logic, going to the movie, buying a play station/Xbox etc, its a waste because you are spending money on things you don't need.

BTW you play this game on a android/apple or windows device, how is the money you spend to get your platform difrent from the money people use to buy gems?

This "who much money did you spend on gems" needs to stop. Everyone its master of their own money, and they spend it like they want were they wanted and how they wanted, and nobody have nothing to do with it.

I spend a little a month to give me a bit of a push along. . I dont see the harm really.

there are 2 kinds of gemmers on COC i think - there are those who massively boost their TH's and end up with a life of gemming to follow and those who use relatively conservatively (for boosts/builders etc.).

the former seem to attract most of the hatred!

Not a single penny.

I buy gems.

If i want an app, i buy the app.

If i want to play xbox I pay for XBL.

Nothing wrong with buying gems. If you work for your money then do as you wish!

Only enough for my builders, probably gonna do that for my mini I'll make when I get an iPad.
