th9 base for new th9

Hey all,

I've been looking at a lot of the th9 base designs threads and I want to know if there is a specific one that would work better for a brand new th9?

The one's i've seen all have much better defenses and walls than I have so I am guessing that they won't work for me.

A lot of designs I have seen are anti hog. But I have never been attacked by mass hog at ~1700 trophies. I'll be moving up in trophies so I can prioritize DE, is that when I will need the anti hog designs? Or is that outdated due to the hog nerfs?

Or should I wait a few weeks before I change my layout? Its going to take a while to get all the new buildings to a reasonable level. Or maybe I am wrong since I started with the expensive stuff like the xbows.

Trust me hogs are rampant at 1700-2500 trophies. I have been 3 starred by them and I am a reasonably upgraded th9. There is really no perfect base. Anti hogs usually get wrecked by balloon and minions or giant healer to a certain extend. Hogs would wreck the rest.
