I agree with you on that, problem is finding enough exposed Th's and weak bases to make progress, when you're lucky to get 10 trophies on a raid and mostly get 4 or 5, it hits you hard when some one revenges you for giving them a cheap shield by dropping down a a bit then taking 45 trophies off you.
When I'm TH8 though I'll be back up to wreak havoc on bases I'm just not quite strong enough with lvl 4 troops to take on this time.
