It would be nice if we could see who donated what, and when. Not only to eliminate leeches but to also thank the proper people

Yes please! I kick ♥♥♥ in my clan for donations. I would love to know how far ahead of everyone I am :p. Just kidding .. I really would love to know who donates and who doesn't.

I like this idea. But i think if we could see who donated what n when, it will be a mess coz the chat bar is so tiny.. If the messages appears on all the clan members, it can annoying some players.. Maybe they can make it simple like, some info in the clan list, how much donates the player give to other clan members. And it auto reset, if the player leave the clan. So if a player leave the old clan, n join the new clan, his donations number still have to start from 0 at the new clan.Quote:

I hate when I log in and see 5 requests for donations a within 5 mins of each other and all request slots are empty.
because that means that they all made requests, saw the other guys requests and didn't donate to them.
I always make note of who they are and stop giving them troops.
Some guys join clans to only receive troops and are too selfish minded to share...
I mean, come on! Its only 600 elixir for 5 archers...
When I have a shield I build troops for the sole purpose of giving them to give to clan mates. I would love to find a clan that had a similar mentality.
Make a private messaging system, and whenever you receive troops, you will get a notification there as well.
Great idea, would love to see this implemented, along with a simple on/off status (a green light) of the members.

This idea get's my vote also great stat to be proud of and to help others know who is helpful
This has been asked dozens of times. Of course, I agree. We need a stat that shows how many troops they've donated to OUR clan. We also need total time in our clan, so we can see how the donations scale over time. I'd settle for "total donations".
I also like the online indicator (though the user would have to be able to toggle this off for privacy).

Would like a stat in clan page after name, and before trophies. Number of troop requests made, number of troops given, and some kind of % online maybe rolling 10 days u get a 1-10 to show how many days you were on out of ten.

I see most of clan chats are just "thank yous" and aknowledgements of troop donations. followed by "u r welcomes" and have to scroll thru 50+ new chat messages like this daily.
And then there are those who missed the 5 sec "xxx donated xxx to you" flash message and asks who donated to me, etc.
We need a simpler way to tell who donated what and when.

It would be as simple as another column in the clan page, saying how many troops each member has donated.
Yes, this is probably one of the top 5 requests still not implemented.
It would be nice to not only just link to their total donation (from achievement data) but how many were donated within the specific clan.
A guy who donated 20,000 troops total, but has been in my clan 2 weeks and donated 25 would make a big difference in which stat is applicable to me.
I would think that a feature like this would make users donate more... That would benefit SuperCell and trickle down to the Clans/Users.

Yes, I don't think a cool down period will be looked upon positively in the community because their messaging system doesn't allow for PMs currently. So many people like to hop onto their friend's clan to chat & donate, then go back to their original clan.
If the whole goal is to prevent "troop thieves" (those that just come join a clan to ask for donations and leave), SC should publicize a ratio for each player. If anyone uses torrents, they'll know this idea. But here's the general idea:
If this ratio is publicized for everyone to see, it can tell if a new member is a mooch or not. Actually, this would go for even long time members for elders to give a boot if their ratio was too low, should they care about that stuff. Not sure how hard this would be to implement. Do you guys see any issues with this solution?
I want to see who else donates, except for the guys who always donate. Supercell please add this I like to see more about the people who join my clan.
I'm in board because its kinda weird when you scroll down and give troops and someone else is saying no prob like Wth dude that was my 9xp of donation given not yours.

Same here. Donating is reinforced in Master Class and any non-donators are kicked, so it's useful.
The 2 circumstances where I don't donate:
1. i'm attacking
2. I have <800 elixir, which happens about .001% of the time.
I am seeing a lot of people join my clan, request and then leave...i bet they never donate...
So it would be good to see this stat so as soon as they join, we can see if they are generous or just leaching...

I definitely don't think the number should/would be a running total from all previous clans you've been in, that just seems silly and biased towards older players. It also would defeat half the point of using it to compare who donates.Quote:

I definitely agree that sumthing needz to be done. Whether itz on the SC side, which would be great, or whether itz on our side, which is harder but doable.
I have a great clan where all my heavy hitterz are very generous and we all have our CC maxed so we can swap Pekkas n dragonz etc. The majority of my clan is very generous however there is that percentage, thats large enuff to cause sum grief apparently that does not.
Every clan has some down time where theres only 2 ppl or less on chat thus making donationz slow. However no one on and no one donating are two different issues of course.
My current objective is to find a few wayz to help weed out the takerz from the giverz on our own, since supercell is clearly not jumping at the demand to give simple stats. I know they're busy so I'm not dissin em but this is becoming a major problem. Itz time for us to take the initiative ourselves and figure out a few solutions even if they're just minor, anything is better then the nuthing we have now.
I"m going to start a thread for ideas so we can all come together and figure this out...Cheerz!
Definitely needed, added onto this, is an up to date report only should be available for the clan leader, then it's up to them to do what they wish

How about a little number under your trophy count maybe in a diff colour which will represent the dontations you've given overall, not just to your clan, but to all clans you've been in.

Agree with the thread and this reply...i would also like to see a message telling me who donated to me. The msgs that currently pop up are too short or your busy doing something else to see. Maybe it could be in the inbox...it doesn't get used for anything now anyway except raid replays.Quote:

That's good that you have people donating so much but others don't have that problem. And it's not even much of a problem is it? Someone bragging that they've done good for the clan? Wow put a stop to that at once! Compared to what it would accomplish I think it's a minor issue. If it encourages people to donate more or single out the ones who don't donate at all then it's a great idea. It could be for clan leader only, maybe elders too.Quote:

Simple yet effective information a clan leader needs to run a properly running clan so everyone is happy. Hoppers and greedy non donating people can ruin the morale of a clan.Quote:

Each month give a few gems to the clan member to has donated the most troops to their other clan mates. They have to be with that clan for entire month. This will improve the donating and help with clan hoppers too!

YES! It would be awesome to see the "donation status" of each member in the clan info. Maybe there is also an activity index for each member of a clan (average increase of experience since joining the clan) and the Date of joining.

before a battle I set a bunch of archers to build so when I get back I have something to donate / use in future battle if I can keep them

Someone probably mentioned this, but I think there should a number beside your name saying how much troops you have donated to other clanmates in your current clan. That way we can see who's contributing/helping the clan and who isnt. :D.

The reason SC hasn't implemented this idea because some players want their privacy respected. But really, who cares about a few people's privacy if almost all of the community is in favour of this? I hate selfish people in the clan, and it's frustrating with the same excuse: "What? I donate all the time".
My troop donation meter is at 17 000, so I'm a real generous guy :) It would be nice if this came out in the next update.
