I'm back, Neighbors!

After my iPad "crash" when I tried to update to iOS7, I didn't connect to Hay Day for two days. I was scared to try for fear of losing the farm I've built in the two years I've been playing. After no reply in almost 24 hours from SC to my questions that aren't addressed in the sticky thread for adding existing farm to a new device, I decided to go for it and hope for the best. I know SC is busy, but I was desperate to find my farm. Thanks, LadyDawnD and ilovehayday for your support and suggestions. Your encouragement was the push I needed to give it a try and achieve success. My farm is open for business again. Poor animals were in dire need of attention.

VERY IMPORTANT...If you read nothing else in my post, read this paragraph. If you haven't attached your farm to Game Center and/or Facebook, DO IT NOW! There's a sticky thread telling how, and many other farmers have told us the same thing. I'm so happy I read the posts and followed their suggestion. I'm sure it made the difference in my being able to retrieve my beloved farm.

Glad your back Cindi , we've missed you.;)
I did keep nipping over & feeding your animals hun , I thought about pinching one of your tractors, but I've heard Tiggs is monitoring all neighbours farms at the mo :( Apparently someone nicking eggs :p

Shhhh, that's the Easter Bunny, getting a nice head start! (nicking does mean taking/stealing, right?)

Lol and while they were nicking and the Easter bunny was getting an early start...

I was going to borrow your windmill, you know, just for practice when I get my own some glorious day. :)

I'm so glad you have your game back safe and sound!
Moderators usually respond to issues when needed. In this instance the advice given to you by other forum members was spot on so a response from us was not necessary.

Thanks for feeding my animals, Helen. Poor babies! You're welcome to borrow a tractor anytime. Ah-ha...an egg escapade in my absence!

Thanks, Tinkerbell! My main problem was not being sure if a reset iPad should be treated as a new iPad. I was so worried about making a wrong move and losing everything. Luckily, Zaraphet came to my rescue in the sticky thread. Also had great advice from Dawn. Glad to be back.

Great to have you back Cindi, I am pleased the evil step mother hadnt locked you up and thrown away the key as evil step mothers are wont to do from time to time.
