Um- against the ToS to create multiple accounts per device. Just saying. Be careful.

get ur mini in the same clan as you so that you can donate it high level troops to help it on attacks
Just upgrade anything and log on when they're done to upgrade again..level up quickly this way
yeah i didnt build clan castle but then ill be filling with hogs the time hehe
Keep it pretty active, and upgrade collectors cause u prob wont b raiding as much as on ur first account
What shnark said about donations and max out your collectors/mines early on. They (mines/collectors) can go up pretty high level early on in the game which allows you to spend little time on the 2nd account yet have enough gold and elix to keep builders busy. Get those builders too when U can to speed things up. :D
in fact - do not focus on mines and collectors at all.
at the early stages of the game u can raid a lot of resources - too much for you to even spend cause upgrades are very cheap.
my advice is:
- UPGRADE STORAGES asap
- rebuild CC and join a clan for high level troops
- excessive gold dump on walls
