Oh god! Jorge did 4000 when TH9 was TH10. There was no TH10 so there was no competition. Technically he holds the TH9 record IN ALL but it isn't for real when comparing the TH9s of today with his era. Might want to rethink your comment before a huge war begins as this is on EVERY TH9 cup record thread I've seen to date:rolleyes:Quote:

It has been a real pleasure competing with wite during this run and I'm glad I had him to spur me on. In case you guys didn't know, he's been on champs for a month with his th9..,,pretty darn impressive.
I'm done with clouds until my th10 and heroes are ready later on. When they get there I will give it another serious go. I'm content now to cheer on my bro wite! Too 200 or bust!
As far as gems, yes i boosted heroes a couple of barracks and spells, but it would be absolutely moronic and pointless not to. If you aren't prepared to pay $5 a day to push then my recommendation would be just to forget about it. Gemming those things made the game much more enjoyable and I don't or won't ever regret it. I spend more than $5 on lunch everyday so $5 for a days worth of entertainment is one heck of a deal in my eyes.
As far as skill, I don't claim to be a great trophy raider, but it does take some degree of "skill" to win raids consistently up there. At some point gemming an army doesn't help as it only serves to bury folks in successive losses. When the cup offering is 4 and the loss is 38 you had better not lose back to back raids.......
anyways it was a great experience playing a great game. Cannot wait to try it as a Th10!
