Hey guys I'm about to have a level 7 town hall and just wanted to know if it's possible and if so how hard would it be to accumulate 10k dark elixer without having the drills (Pure raiding)?
It's not that hard. Just requires you to raise your trophy count to around 1400 and either loot it or just lightning storages, although be ready for revenges.. It only takes a few days though.
It's certainly possible, but I imagine it would be somewhat difficult since you'll likely have to target lv8 and lv9 th bases to get substantial amounts.Quote:

A free troop that does not take up any room in your army is a huge benefit. Plus he only gets stronger and stronger over time. I'll have my BK lvl 5 in a few days without gemming at all. It's a wonderful addition to my army. Plus if used correctly I can use him about once per hour.Quote:

The hardest part is finding bases that you get get to the DE storages/drills cause you will be attacking mostly th9's with some 8's mixed in. Also have a lot of resources when you do it cause you will find bases with 20k gold and 20k elixir but ~500 DE. So it won't be profitable in terms in gold or exilir but that's not the point. And as stated before expect some healthly revenges, I got whooped a few times from bases that took DE from.

I usually left my Barracks at night training drags and in the morning I'd find towns with large DE stored. I'd search until I found a town with a lot of DE. Yup same thing I had maxed my walls at TH7 a while ago and have just been getting everything else maxed so I didn't need so much gold. My burger king just hit level 4 from my DE raiding. I'm hitting mostly TH8 and TH9, but it's been a lot of fun especially with weaker lvl 4 troops. More fun than skimming full collectors here and there :rolleyes:Quote:

Nope, actually didn't use any lighting spells (except to take out clan castle troops) and pretty proud earning the barb king the hard way. I used a mostly giant healer army to plow into the center of the base and then use about 20-25 gobs to clean up the DE storage and what ever else they could get.
Definitely messed up a few attack along the way but it taught me to be a better attacker and how to get gobs to target what i wanted them to target. I was frustrating at first but fun after i got the hang of it.Quote:
