New Idea: Vice Leader

Vice Leader

Ok so when Supercell came out with their new update a while back they added the coleader position, which was a really helpful but its time for a new position in the clan. Introducing Vice Leader, similar to a coleader but more
powerful. He/She would be able to change the clan description, trophy requirement, invite people, kick and promote and etc just like a coleader but unlike the coleader, it can do these things, it can promote people to coleader but also demote and kick them. Also unlike the coleader their can only be one of them, and only the leader can make a vice leader, once one is made their can not be more one vice leader and that's it. Vice leader would pretty much have tons of people, he/she is higher then everybody except the leader himself/herself. The leader would have to be extra careful on who they choose to make as a vice leader their can only be one and they will be able to kick and demote coleaders. They would have a huge responsibility and would be the leader's right hand man.

Why have it

Why have it well, I am sure every leader now of ever clan has one coleader they trust more then everybody else, aka their right hand man, all leaders have one this will just make it official and will help the leader be able to better mange his/hers clan. Let's say one of the coleaders go's crazy and kicks and demotes a lot of people and screws up the clan. Now if the leader wasn't online their is nothing you could do. The other coleaders could just watch how their clan is destroyed. But wait guess who's on the vice leader since they can demote and kick coleaders they could save the clan. Again proving why we need a vice leader, the vice leader would have to be active and on, maybe even more then the leader and would again be the leader's right hand man. If we added one who knows how great this could be for the game. If some of the other they are thinking of happens the vice leader would really be powerful and a game changer. This ideas are the ones posted on the may be considered list on thread and since I can't say them according to thread rules I wont. But I am pretty sure you could think about some the ways the vice leader could get more powerful if those things are added. Well in review the vice leader would be the leader's right hand man and would have all the power's of a coleader and also be able to promote/demote and kick coleaders to.

I think 4 levels is enough myself.

I can see it creating ructions in some clans about which coleader got to be the vice leader....
I don't think I would use this at all if it was me.

I got what your saying but, to address your first point, 4 isn't enough at all, a clan is a community and it should have multiple jobs and position, if it was me we would have like 7 or 8, their a lot of jobs you could consider. Second, the coleader should have a hunch who the leader likes the most, and doens't this happen already with elders wanting to become coleaders so what's the difference except that the vice leader has control over coleaders, so does the coleader over the elder, and also people should understand who deserves to be vice leader, in a good clan you should understand who is the top, the leaders and who isn't. In my clan I am my leader's right hand man, and its us 2 who make the hard decisions together, people should now their place in the clan, so this would be valuable to the game.

As a leader, I can say that 4 ranks is more than enough for me. I fail to see why people want a ridiculous amount of ranks to compare themselves to each other and/or make themselves feel better. This one in particular sounds like OP is creating a position just for him/herself. Honestly, if you want the power of a leader, just start your own clan. As for the co-kicking-everyone part, don't promote random people to co, and it's not that hard for a co to check if the leader or "vice" is on before spending 2 minutes kicking everyone.

Co leader is the second in command, hence the name co leader. We don't need another rank.

First I am not I was just using myself as an example because it was a good one. Also 4 positions is really enough for you, how is it enough, we need more then 4, 6 or 7 would be good, 8 a little to much but, 4 is not enough since most the clan is in either 2 of them, elder or member. And it isn't about making yourself feel good, its about better managing the clan, if some people don't want to give up power like you and some other's is fine, but for us who want a more balanced and fair system then we need this. And i actually love my clan; imminent fate, we have a great community and a great clan, though we are mostly silver's. And, we ain't promoting random people as coleader it is just a better hierarchy to go by. What would happen if the leader couldn't be on for a while, had an emergency or something. Who would be in charge? Who?, nobody would the coleaders couldn't touch each other so really nobody would have majority power, this prevents that by creating a vice leader.

How are they second in command, when their can be more then one, last time I checked their is a reason you have one leader, one guy in charge, it doesn't make sense how their can be multiple second's then they aren't really second's are they, coleaders aren't second in command now since they can't touch the other coleaders their is no one second and command now and this solves it.

I personally like the idea.
