Land expansion

Has anybody noticed the lack of land stakes. This last week I have not had any! Usually I get them when I pick my crops.

Yes, LEMs are scarce these days, some more so than others. I am struggling to open the new land, but I'm pretty sure we all are.

My shortage is mallets. I have stakes, I harvest them all the time, but finding mallets are like finding gold nuggets in my backyard. I harvested them like crazy until the upgrade, and now they're playing hard to get. But I have to confess I don't mind and think it's SO fun now when I do harvest one. No more "oh no, another mallet?" but rather "YIPPEE!! ANOTHER MALLET!!"

Same here! I have enough deeds and stakes to open Two land plots, but only have Four mallets!

Ive not found a single stake in 7 days.its discouraging! C'mon hat day! Give us a break!

I recommend hooking up with a farmer, perhaps in your NH or here on the forum. I made a splendid friend here on the forum. She helped me hunt for my LEMs the entire time! She'd ask me how many I had to go and she'd collect them for me then sold me little by little each night until I opened all the plots a few nights ago. She'd even come watch the butterflies fly around my farm once the plot opened! This is an ode to her but also to try your NH, if you are in one. Pairing up helps if you tend to get one of the tools the other person doesn't and vice versa. Then you can expand a lot faster. Just thought I'd add a fun tip! :)

Although the challenge of getting one is fun too, like Shealie54 mentioned above :)

I have an abundance of stakes, a few mallets and hardly a deed in sight...

I get mallets all the time... as well as stakes... Deeds on the other hand...

My shortage is deeds. Right now I have 10 stakes and mallets. And 2 deeds
