GC frequently goes out and is nothing new. It's at their end and nothing SC can do about it. They have their good days where things are nice and stable and they have their bad days where the GC avatars are out more than in for, sometimes, several days. The FB avatar issue is new and coincides with their new format change so it's not verified yet if it's on their end or SCs, but SC is looking into the issue and trying to find a fix.

Me either. It's been weeks like this for me. I am so dosappointed that SC is apparently no closer to a solution than when I started this thread.

Same problem and I hope they find a solution fast.


My friends cannot see my picture/avatar on their boat crates and neither can I .


i have tried logging in and out of Facebook and Game Center multiple times with no effect.


i have even deleted the Hay Day app and reinstalled it with no improvement.


Below is a screenshot of my avatar after helping a jam crate. This friend confirmed I also appear in her "Last Helpers" list as a blank/gingerbread icon.

@Mods or SC; any update on this issue so far ? Just an update would do... and yes, 'Dev is busy with the next update of the game and then it will be fixed' is an answer too.
Has been three or four weeks now.

AMonroe started this thread March 23rd and still no fix?? Worse yet, not even a post providing an update on the status as requested a week ago?

Have you just given up and walked away, Supercell?

This hasn't been working for a couple of weeks for me. I just assumed like Tigg said that it was probably my connection issue but to be like this consistently it HAS to be server issue since I don't have any problems with pic displays on other games . (Though may not be related but I'm sure it's not a fault on my end)

Tried relighting GC, FB, changing display on both, restarting phone, etc
To no avail.


Running on iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, and iPad Mini . Most recent iOS update.

All are not working. I can still SEE some other people's though, just not mine, which I agree, it's getting annoying to see faceless people. SOME people that I know have pics (family) are now faceless as well.


Tried logging out of FB and just play while connected to GC. My gc pic doesn't show either.

Recently, my friend, who is both my FB and GC friend, said that she saw no photo on my icon in her tray as well as on the crates that I filled even though I have signed in to the FB all this time. She was able to see my profile photo in the past. What can we do to get my photo reappear on her tray/crate? Why can she see my FB name but not my profile photo? Can someone please explain how this whole thing work? Thanks. BTW, I cannot see my avatar on the crates that I filled on people's boats nor can I see my friend's avatar when this happened.
