Of course they can, there isnt that much different between them and level 5 hogs anyways

I been trying to find a new strategy other than Barch and bam

I have lvl2 hogs and they work ok vs maxed TH8 also hogs arent the best for farming

About 20ish hogs will work well with a few heal spells, just don't forget to place them! I have seen the hogs placed with wizzes and they actually work well together, just from attacks on me.
