It will take time to save to 2000. Have you hit masters?
It's pretty easy to keep 5 builders busy, even at TH10. But if you don't care about an extra builder (because you're bad at farming:p) then the best way to use gems is for boosting. Don't buy resources because that's way to expensive. You could also buy the pirate flag or mighty statue. Don't know why, but you can.
Ur Saving it for one gem boost! :D

Exactly my point. Casual players don't need 5 builders. If you were a real farmer it would drive you nuts having only 2 builders.Quote:

As Clan leader, I waste a fair amount of gems on donations to my clan. But, I also get a fair amount of gems removing obstacles. Need to push to Master to get more gems one of these days. I guess, I'm just a gentleman farmer and not a real farmer. I'm okay with that.
alway's had 5 builders and never had any trouble keeping them bussy. it's the build times that take forever getting the loot is easy.
