what am I saving these gems for?

I have 900+ gems and can't get another builder hut until I hit 2000. you already know that.

I'm not saying I wouldn't like another builder hut thou I do spend way more time saving up loot to spend than I do spending it. its seldom I have needed more than 4 builders because its not to often I have enough loot to use 4 builders at a time.

so does anyone spend their gems like to buy loot or speed things up. I'm thinking of spending mine because by the time I save up 2000 gems I doubt i'm even gonna want to play clash any more

I save my gems that i get throughout the week, and boost on the weekend

Yup im only at 4. I don't nolife the game or anything so no need for a 5th one :P

All clashers need 5 builders. Casual players may be fine with 4. Just depends on which one you are :p

Gems are best used for boosts.

Spend it to buy the most valuable thing in Clash, Time.

I only have two and I'm level 75

When you find good loot boost 1-4 barracks, i did this with barch got 4.3mil in 2h

Unless you got a lot of patience, I'd spend the gems for boosts on spell making and training troops once in a while, especially if you're trying to upgrade something or build up your trophy count. I bought the 4th builder because I don't want to wait for things to finish upgrading before I could start a new one. Probably at some point as I get higher in the game or come across a good haul, I'll add the 5th builder, but for now, I'm not doing that. So I guess it comes down to how long do you want to sit there staring at them. Otherwise, put them to good use when you can.
