I don't really dish out respect based on achievements in an online game... The people playing ridiculous amounts a day have less respect from me, not more.

You people tend to forget that this is a mobile game. he doesn't really have to be locked up in his room to play.
I really didn't wanted to give an example of my personal life but, here goes.
i for one play even while working. how can i do that? Personal business. all i have to do is to sit and observe while secretory handles most part. and dad works along so i don't always have to work all the time. and i don't work 7 days a week.
I still find time for riding bike and do other activities.

Now a normal person who doesn't know about my real life activities will just end up assuming that i am always locked up in room and playing clash because i do play a lot and farm a lot. But CoC is my only focus for entertainment. I don't watch tv and when i watch streams online or reading online articles or replying to forum like right now, i am also nexting and raiding at the same time.

hence, assumption is bad.

It's hard for someone who's life is dedicated to playing an app to have a life. "A life" is considered by most people to include education/work, sports (depends on age), and/or a social life. If you're suggesting icarus can maintain those while playing CoC that much then he must not ever need to sleep.

However this is really getting off topic, it is a great achievement but not sure if it's one people would be jealous about.

For gods sake he has 2b GG. I can tell you play alot and yet your GG is 500m. Now imagine yourself playing 4x as much, how the hell are you going to do anything else. There comes a point when too much is too much and i believe Icarus has long passed that.

He has been playing for 4x longer( or atleast 3 times longer) than me. He boosted barracks a lot(i guess that's what he said on some chinese forums ) while i didn't and i don't even have Dark barracks yet.

Point is he is obviously over doing it and yet there are people are who celebrating/encouraging his 'achievement' like its something to look up to.
