i usually play about 3 hours everyday on weekdays from 9pm to 12pm (work from 9am to 6pm and gym 7pm to 8pm i get home a lil after 8). i shower/ cook/ clean and all between troop cook times.
On weekends i spend time with my daughter so i dont clash much, maybe a lil here and there while she sleeps or plays but barely anything.
I play everday for 30 mins
