So I have an idea how clan wars might work. Sorry no pictures.
The main idea is that each clan has a village that is built by whole clan.
Available buildings:
All defenses
Town hall
Clan castle
Army camps
Builders huts
Spell container (something like spell factory, but it only holds spells)
Storages
Heros
No collectors, no barracks
I haven't thought of the ammount of each building in the village for each town hall.
So I think clan village must be larger than a players village (60x60 or 80x80), more defenses, more walls, more space in army camps, more storages, much more powerful heros.
As there are no barracks, players donate all the troops and as there are no collectors resources as well are donated by players.
I think maximum amount of builder's huts must be more than 5 in a clan village and the village will start with 3 builder's huts, maybe 6-7 would be more appropriate. Of course their price is much larger, as gems are also donated by players for clan village and collecting 500 gems would be not a problem. I think 2000, 4000, 6000, 10000, 15000.
There would be 2 more positions in clan, defense officer and attack officer. Of course leader can do everything that both of those can. These positions have all the abilities of the co-leader.
Defense officer commands the resources and decides what buildings to upgrade. Also to request troops for clan castle.
Attacking officer get rights to request troops for army camps and spells for spell container. And commandier a battale in a war.
Now about the actual wars. The war can only be declared by the leader. A clan can be in 3 wars at the same time. War is ended when either another clan surrenders (can only be done by a leader) or when one clan has won 5 more battles than it's opponent or 15 battles have been fought. Of course the clan with more wins wins the war and gets all the trophies.
