Wow, at the pace I'm going = 1 level/3 to 4 weeks, lol. Only doing jewellery trucks and I help other ppl's boat, rarely do own boats and I produce (and pick up=xp) lots.

Holidae is correct!
How you level up fast is determined by how you play! I can go through some levels pretty fast and others slower.
I wanted to level up fast on one particular level to buy a machine I wanted so I used a truck event to collect as many coins I could then I scoured the RSS of all my friends on my GC list (467) to buy items I needed. I also have a really helpful neighbourhood and I hired Tom for 10 days and I was able to fill truck and boat orders pretty fast.
I also scoured the DD for items I needed and while there I looked for anyone who flagged their boats and wanting their trees/bushes revived.
I was also off work with a foot injury at the time so I was able to spend a lot of time on the game.
Levelling fast is determined by many factors and how you play.
Now I'm different. I worry more about upgrading barns and silos, than getting to the next level. Also, does anyone know how someone can find their original start date?
Level 66 and I've been playing for 6 months. I was obsessed at first and played nearly constantly, but I've tapered off a bit and now I just play "a LOT." Daily, though I actually can go a couple of hours without opening the game. (Only part kidding). I don't worry about leveling up anymore but it goes fast anyway because at the higher levels there's so much going on that earns XP. If I'm playing steadily (not constantly, but no long breaks either), I level up about once a week. I've stopped doing my own boats for a bit in hopes that my daughter can catch up to me a little and also so I can clear my barn out a bit, so that's slowed the leveling up down a bit.
