conect with facebook

hey guys..
i have a litle probleme.. i always played the game bevor on my iphone.. i have connected it with facebook..
now i have a galaxy s4 and my problem is.. how can i repick my old clash of clans acc on my new handy?
i just can conect it new with my new capital but i dont want a new :D i want my old back please help me :D

FB does not provide a valid back up for you.

Please follow these steps:

1. Log into or confirm that you are logged into Google+.
2. Start a new game of Clash of Clans on your device and complete the tutorial.
3. Go into the in-game settings and connect your village to Google+ using the Google+ sign in button.
4. Contact Support using the "Help and Support" button in the settings menu.

The following information will be required:
Name of the village:
Name of the clan you are part of:
Town Hall level:
Date and time of your last playing session:

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can create another thread stating your ticket number.

If you don't know the town hall level then it can't be your village... just give a good estimation about the last play date.

Dave do you have access to the device you had CoC installed on before?

If so you can recover the village much easy. I am sure Shiv would be happy to help with that.

i dont know that all i just played it for 1 year or so..
i have think i can get it back with facebook login.. but when not i make a new village :D

If you don't know your TH level then how are Support expected to believe you..... Your last play date is also important. Even an estimation is good. If you aren't able to get those details then I wouldn't get your hopes up.

i can estimate some things...
i think
Hall level is 7
the barracks lvl 8
i have black elixir storage but no black drill
1 or 2 gold mines are lvl 10 i think just 1
i dont have elixir at lvl 10 i think
archer was lvl 3 and gaint lvl 2 i think

the last played date i dont know so exactly it was realy long ago..
just for 1 or 2 years...

Just send all the details you can to support. If you can't provide what they require then do not get your hopes up. If you seriously don't even know the TH then it surely cannot be your account....

it is my account it is connected with my facebook profil..
