Where do you find collector raids? [TH7]

1100 is way too low. You want to go to 1300-1400

I'be been from 1000-2000 searching for best places to get collector raids, 1150-1300 is by far the best, at 1300-1400 you just get more dark elixir and less other resources. In my opinion
