the only way he could have gotten to champions with those troops are by th sniping. He would have 100%ed most of the people in the bronze/silver league and that's his Non-th sniped wins. The rest of his victories could only come through revenging people who are 100-200 trophies over his own

It is probably in alt account for some top 100 player. A lot of those guys have bases like that. They use it to practise raiding and try out new tactics. Since they don't want to risk loosing with his main account.
They just gem resources and troops and attack, attack, attack. I am sure he straight gemmed from th1 to th10.
Edit: and you have no idea what level his other troops are.
I think the reasons for the low number of wins is as if I am not wrong, stats when you have no shields are not counted into the stats, well, that's only below 400 trophies for that matter but yea!
