Do the crops wither if you don't harvest. Is there a time limit to harvest things???

No, there is no time limit. You can harvest them whenever you want.

The only thing in this game that dies are the trees and bushes. After three harvests, you have to ask for some one to revive them by dragging the ! onto them. After one more harvest, they die and need to be cut down which does give you some XP but not a whole lot.

Sadly I just discovered this...so much for my 12 apple trees. Someone that stopped by my RSS did revive one for me which was nice...
