Clan War Declaration and Coordinated simultaneous attacks

It would be nice if one clan could officially declare war on another and in doing so dacha clan would ave a list of the members of the opposing clan & the ability to choose from that list an opponent from the enemy clan to attack.
Also Clans should be able to Ally with one another Officially and donate troops or come to the aid of a friend while an attack is in progress. Or at least the ability to coordinate a counter attack with multiple players attacking at the same time.
This would help with Clan pride as well.
