Should I upgrade my gold mine and elixir collector to lvl 11 all?

If you want to help out the whole community go ahead and max out your mines. It does help the overall CoC economy with more gold in the system.

However, if you can farm an average of 1.5 million gold per day then it's a total waste of your time to max collectors until th9. You can only have and use so much gold at every th level (upgrades+walls+max storages) and farming 1.5 mil per day will max you out with 5 builders without having to have a single coin from mines. At th9 that number becomes 6 mil per day so the best point to max them out is late th8 while you are finishing your skulls.

I would do so. You can make 432k gold/elixer every 24 hours if no one attacks you and that adds up a lot in the long run

If you can't farm actively then the solution is to upgrade your collectors...active farming means if you can't farm at least 4mil a day then this is the solution for you.
