Where are the gold collector?

I'll head straight to the problem. I am a very proficient farmer, i am so proficient that 10m gold per day is child's play to me. Ok you don't have to lie about your "amazing" loot per day you said and i quote "i upgraded to townhall 8 a few days ago" and then "fully maxed BARCH" (I'm guessing level 5 each?) once you get to townhall 8 it takes more than a few days to upgrade both archers and barbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your response is much appreciated. I've found 1600 a.k.a. Gold II to be terrible for farming. There are simply too many actives there which means increased competition as they will also be farming the inac
tives.

As the second poster said, the time of the day is also of paramount importance as maybe there may be better inactive collectors early in the morning. As a university student, it would be very difficult for me as I have other priorities in my life. This leaves me having to log on later on in the day and pretty much pick off the scraps leftover.

I gemmed BARCH upgrades as I had too much elixir and couldn't wait to start raiding th7/8 with them.

How many raids you do per day?

Exactly. For instance: who's going to be online after a rough Monday at 11:30 at night? You probably guessed it. Almost nobody, only the extremely dedicated clashers. That means little kids, adults with a 9 to 5, and seniors (if there are any that play this game!) will all be in bed. HOWEVER. Try searching in gold 3 on a saturday morning at 11am, and the chances that you'll find an inactive base are very slim, seeing as they're being snapped up within minutes of the shields wearing off. I find that late at night (CST) is a great time to search for raids. All our buddies in Europe are sleeping or just waking up, and most people here in North America are sleeping as well. I don't know any solid numbers, but I'd say that these 2 continents make up at least 80% of the clash population.

I agree, though I think its a combination of both factors: Time and Trophy range.
I think best trophy range is 1300 trophies to 1800 for townhall 8, and follow GADpls's guidelines with time and your going to find excellent raids. :)

Well if you live in Europe, that at about 6:00(am) your time most people in U.S. will be sleeping and your time people are just be waking up. Not completely sure but LMK if it works for you. :)

Up to 40-60 raids per day, on a non-busy day of course.
