Clan Loyalty and Administration.
First, sorry for my bad English but I hope I can explain my idea...
I think that most clans have lack of donations problem, and it is hard to push clan members to donate, we (clan leaders) set minimum acceptable amount of donations in clan rules (so members can save themselves from being kicked at the end of the donation season) but unfortunately a many players don't care because simply there are a lot of clans that they can move to. Also kicking a lot of members will reduce clan's total trophies and it will make it less attractive.
So I suggest that you add clan loyalty bonuses to the game that will accumulate by the time a player remain in his/her clan (up to X donation seasons), it will make members more active and strict adherence to the rules which have been set by the clan leader to maintain their seat in the clan and not risk their bonuses. What is the meaning of being a clan leader? See the picture...

(Minimum Donations can be changed at the first day of the season only, clan Elder gained automatically and can no more kick regular members).
These bonuses came to my mind, it could be one of these or a combination of two or more:
- Loot bonus: (like Trophy Leagues)
0 Gold, 0 Elixir, 0 Dark Elixir - 1st season surly.
500 Gold, 500 Elixir, N/A Dark Elixir - 2nd season.
1000 Gold, 1000 Elixir, N/A Dark Elixir - 3rd season.
2000 Gold, 2000 Elixir, 50 Dark Elixir - 4th season.
5000 Gold, 5000 Elixir, 100 Dark Elixir - 5th season.
10000 Gold, 10000 Elixir, 150 Dark Elixir - 6th season.
17500 Gold, 17500 Elixir, 200 Dark Elixir - 7th season.
30000 Gold, 30000 Elixir, 300 Dark Elixir - 8th season.
(Player really need time to feel the benefits, and will think twice before risking losing it) - Increase shield time.
- Decrease building and training time.
- UNLOCK NEW TROOPS at certain season(s). (Troops will be locked again if player were kicked)
Other suggestions:
- Leader can disable certain types of troops for donations.
- The players can determine the type & number of troops in their request (and maybe the level).
So I may request for example (1 Giant, 5 Archers and 5 Wizards), when a donator clicks and opens donation screen He\She can't send except the requested troops and if I've got the 5 Archers then the Archers icon will be disabled and the only 1 Giant and 5 Wizards are allowed to donate.
