[Project] Let's build a TH8 base that can push to masters

My highest is 2530 at TH 8, I would really like a base that could get me to masters.

I personally like the second core you posted in the beginning, with the teslas inside the core I believe it will work well. I have no problem with helping and testing as I am a max townhall 8 trying to get to masters my self.
