I have lost my base but it's not that simple

I have lost my base but it's not that simple I had my base on my IPA but the kids got hold of it and deleted clash of clans tried to load it but it wants me to log into gamecentre I do and it offers me a lvl 2 town hall village but my village was max town hall I have another base in clan I can still see my base in clan but just can't load it have sent 6 emails + but keep getting the same standard email back each time is there a contact number for them email takes 2 weeks every time so has been going on for a while now plz help thx

Contact support using the in game report an issue feature by:


Opening Clash
Pressing the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Pressing Report An Issue
Pressing Other Problem.


If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail setup on your device, you can directly e-mail them at:


clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible.


Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!


The following information will be required:


Name of the village:
Name of the clan you are part of:
Town Hall level:
Date and time of your last playing session:




Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.


If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can either PM support with your ticket number that you will receive in an automated response email OR create another thread stating your ticket number.

Damn, how frustrating afc. Looks like you have to wait for supercell unless someone else has other ideas
