Because you can queue up 6 barracks instead of 4, you can just attack more often. I'm able to basically do attack after attack with very minimal downtime. Personally I don't find it much of a drain on DE at all as it generally allows me to hit storages a lot easier than if I was just using pure barch without any spell boost. You can always go "light" on the minions if you're trying to conserve DE. In those cases, I carry about 10-12 and only use them to clean up or clear a path.
You don't really use your minions in all your raid (maybe a few) but just make sure you pay it upQuote:
