I'm unlocking level 3 wizards soon and I haven't really messed around with them much yet. Any good tactics for using them? Do they work well with healers? I see people say don't use healers with barbs or archers, is it the same for lower level wizards? So any good wizard combos for a 135 troop army?
Wiz main strength is their high dps/house space, so use them with tank troops like giants. Healers work pretty well with a pack of wiz from my experience.
48 wiz (or less) 8 archers 2 heal spells 1 rage spell. Use archer to pick off buildings then mass wizards and use spells as needed. I have never lost with this army comp.
A few well placed giant bombs will ruin this.Quote:

rest wiz that you spread around behind giants to clear of the path, they will slowly catch up the giants to take down defense... while giants are getting all the attacks.

Here are a few good armies.
Wiz/giant/healer:
8-10 giants, 1-2 healers, rest wizards
Wiz/hog/healer:
5-8 hogs, 4-5 healers, rest wizards
Barch+wiz:
40% barbs, 40% archers, 20% wizards
Wiz/valk/healer:
6-8 valks, 3-4 healers, rest wizards
GoWiPe:
2 pekkas, 2 golems, 10-15 WBs, rest wizards
The giant healer strategy works well with them, at least for me
