Should we be able to change the Name?

I think you should be able to change it, but only once.

so if you play for a few months and get to TH 7 and you want to change your name you can. But you only have this one opportunity to change it. I think that could be a better solution.

I think it should be the opposite, maybe once you hit TH7 you can no longer change it. This would prevent people from being able to abuse it for the leader boards.

As others have said, I never would have guessed when I downloaded this game i'd still be playing it over a year later. I'm happy with my name but I can understand why others would want to change theirs.

Well S S is an offensive German term and he contacted SC complaining about that and they allowed the change.

I think we should be able to change our names once(for free) and next time it costs gems;)

2. Let people change name at least once per TH level.
3. Atleast once per 50 XP.

Having it as a feature that allowed players to change it multiple times could lead to disaster. Maybe the ability to change one's name should be provided just once in case someone made a mistake the first time around.

Take clans for example.
If you try to search for a popular clan, to many other clans with the same name pop up. false copies from people that want members.
It can be really frustrating sometimes..

Apply that to names now.
For example: we would get global chats full of people impersonating the top players, to get players to join their clans.

The downsides are to many for this to happen, i think.
