Hello, I'm Co-Leader in a International Clan and I cant access the English Global Clan.
I'm from brazil, and when I configure my language to English I still get the Portuguese Global Chat.
And that is very sad cause I cant help my friends on recruiting new members to our Clan.
Please fix it out.
It's appearing like some racism.
I think there is some confusion. The "Language" button in the game settings was designed for the "Localization" of text in-game.Quote:

Do you get an error when you change to the English one, or what exactly are you seeing?
If you go from say Turkish to English is it staying Turkish, or still reverting to Portuguese? Just curious if it is staying the "Last" one, or always going back to what I assume is your Default (Leaderboard)

There are 12 Languages in-game (English, then 11 others). If you are "Localized" to one of the 11 others, it doesn't let you jump into English. That is by design. Why it lets you go to the other 10 I'm unsure of if that's by design though and they may look at that in the future.
If you want to access the English chat, you will need to change your local leaderboard to an English country or a country not defined by the other 11 choices. Since you're attached to Portugal though, you can't access the English chat.
This is where I got confused about the one-time change Support will do for you, that's for the leaderboards, but in some cases, effects global chat.
