I would say it depends what you want to protect tempest for all ressources but they are easier to with a good army and paranoia if you focus on protecting gold and de and don't care about elixir

Shuriken is my favorite out of the 3, tempest is second.
Paranoia is alright i guess, but from my experience, the exposed AD's have gotten me screwed during most giant healer or air attacks, since a few archers and a single giant can take it out
I personally am leaning towards tempest simply because I feel all the storages are safer where the other two, the elixir is exposed. I will be a new TH8 so in the beginning I will probably run out of elixir faster than gold. It was that way for me when I started th7.
Tempest is solid with great versatility when you wanna swap to trophy

I would say it will depends on what resources you want to protect more! Like if you have already finished ALL your elixir upgrades and I mean all of them, and you find that losing elixir is okay, then I would suggest the Paranoia since it protects your gold and dark elixir more heavily! But it shall depend on how you want to protect your resources! Hope you the best!
