What can I do!!!! Help me please

I haven't received my gems yet
I bought $50 worth of gems and I still haven't received them. I called iTunes and they refunded one of my purchases cause I accidentally bought 2, but they said I have to contact supercell if I don't get my gems what do I do I need help ASAP!!! I need these gems like now for 5th builder and boosting my barracks

My question isn't "what section it should be in" I need an answer from this stupid company to give me my gems
