I would max every building, and half of the walls.
Picture not working but I would max everything except de troops in lab.
max out splash (mortars and WT), offense (camps, sf, cc) and your farming troops...
then you're ready to go th9 to get AQ, and those new extremely poewrfull giants / balloon
don't let those th9 guys farm you any longer, instead join them to farm those th8 :D
Max Out Everything on Th8 Even Walls So That You dont have to Loot for them On Th9 Where There is a Loot Penalty on Th8's. I have maxed my Th9 Except walls, they all r level 8, but It took me a long time to do them.
