Good afternoon, I'm at th7 currently with defenses maxed and barb king is level 5. I'm somewhat conflicted as to which troop should be upgraded first, I'm a big fan of hogs so I would like to upgrade them to level 2 but my balloons are level 2, rage spell/heal is level 3, drag/healer level 1. So am I neglecting upgrading more useful spells/troops or just go with hog upgrade which takes 8 days?
Edit: my minions are level 1.
It all depends what attack strategy you plan to use down the road. If you plan on using hogs a lot then by all means upgrade them first. Balloons aren't good until you get lvl 6. Personally I found healers to be quite useful at th8 & 9. Giants archers barbs wbs should be top priority for all ths
I would get the spells upgraded first followed by healer, dragon, and balloon. I'd hogs and minions at the end, when you're about to go to TH 8
Much more interesting question. How did you farm all that DE at TH7?? what army comp you using and what trophy range?
1400-1500 trophies with 10 wbs, 90 barbs and 90 archers. look DE storages with only 2 sets of walls in fornt of them and just work your way into the base with layers of barbs followed by layers of archers. only go for 450DE and up or its a waste of time

Thank you everyone who replied, to answer your question, farming de at gold II is very easy, about 30-40% of total DE looted is from zapping(trick is to zap bases with at least 1500-2000 de) and rest from Barch with a few giants(4-6) and wbs(4-6). I have also 5 level 6 giants when I raid in my CC. Anytime you see a DE storage that is either exposed or reachable, then use whole army kamakze style to reach that storage. I had my king to level 5 in about week and half.Quote:
