[PROJECT] TH10 upgrade order

Hey guys I am going town hall 10 on july the first just before my 9 weeks of summer holidays where I will be ferming around 10 million gold per day if the loot is good.
My plan is to have a builder to free up at least once every 12 hours so that I don't max out I will just dump on walls.
But as far as building upgrade order goes I have no idea what to start with or anything like that.
So I'll be editing this post as replies come in. I would like the buildings in order
ie.
-lvl1 inferno
-lvl8 wizard tower
and so on

once those are up and running:
SPELL FACTORY
XBOW LVL2
ARCHER TOWER LVL 11
CANONS LVL12
DE DRILL LVL5-6

but 10 million a day at TH10?... how much are you getting per day TH9?

max new de drill asap !

The first thing you need to do is army camps
Infernos
Lab
Spell factory
Dark Pumps
3rd Xbow
The rest

I think you might need to rethink that 10m per day.

Even if you manage to hit 10 mil a day, how are you going to have a free builder every 12 hours? After the first few days, even the shortest upgrades (cannons) are 6 days. If you are going to farm a crazy amount like that, you're going to have to keep one builder free or max out all the time.

I started with lab, inferno's and DE drill (straight to lvl6). After that all the new stuff and started maxing the inferno's and upgraded the third xbow to lvl3. Yesterday I started with wizz towers. Upgrading both inferno's at the same time made me very vulnerable to hog attacks, but I wanted them maxed ASAP. My priorities now are wizz towers and camps. Probably going to keep one builder working on the xbows and slowly work my way up to cannons and archer towers.

The he best tip I can give you is to have one builder working on cannons and archer towers. Those are pricy but don't take long. That's the best way to have free builders on a regular basis.

Incorrect order, you're focusing too much on Gold upgrades! In fact, the more crucial upgrades for TH10 are actually Elixer based; which makes your base/account offensively stronger than a TH9, and with it better farming opportunities.

Here's what makes sense to me as a new TH10:
-Spell Factory Lvl5 - to get the 5th spell ASAP.
-Laboratory Lvl 8 - to start upgrading troops ASAP
-Army Camps Level 8 - to start having 20 more units!
-Inferno Level 1-3 (constant)
-DE Drill
-3rd XBOW
-Lab upgrades (Freeze, Golems 5, Wiz 6, WB 6 etc)
-So on and so forth.


As for 10Million a day, I have to say that you can only do that with Gem Boosting Barracks. The time required to train army enough to gain that much loot per raid would lower the raid frequency.

Secondly, you also need to balance your Elixer usage. Unlike TH9, you cannot keep raiding and have infinite amount of Elixer (ie; maxed at 8million) simply because the dependency of Spells are so high you won't be able to gain any. What I find myself doing is using DE based Armies to gain elixer and gold, then switching over to a Elixer based army to gain DE. So it's no longer simply farming for all 3 resources, there will be spans where gold no longer flows in at the sacrifice to gain elixer or DE.

As for the loot during the summer holiday I can play up to 16 hours a day so yes I think it's possible dome days when Im on hols I farm 16-20 mil a day

Hello there!
My townhall 10 finished last night, about 12 hours ago! It's a great feeling to continue progressing and I encourage you to do so!

I left town hall 9 maxed. All defenses (excluding two Archer towers that are about a day from being finished), all elixir items maxed, and most importantly with 8,001,000 of each resource. Additionally, I brought three open builders, with two more on their way.

I would highly recommend the bolded remark

My upgrade list in order goes like this:
Built DE drill, 1M Elixir
Built Inferno Tower, 5M Gold
Built AT, Cannon, Gold Mine, Elixir Pump, and all traps- Cost is negligible
While I've been waiting for my other builders to finish, my third builder has been upgrading the buildings in step 3, they are all now in the 3-5 level range, as well as continuing to farm gold

My elixir storage is refilled, and I am 270,000 gold away from enough to build my second IT. As soon as I hit 5 million, I will begin that upgrade, I will stop upgrading step 3 buildings and use that builder to build the IT.
When my Drill gets done in several hours, I will re-use that builder to upgrade the drill. This cycle will continue...

Elixir upgrades by priority- DE Drill/Spell Factory, Army camps, Freeze spell upgrade, Troop upgrades
(Time passes)

Once the drill is at level 6, both infernos are built, as is the new Xbow, I will focus on getting my new buildings up to par. Ie- Archer tower, cannon, collectors to level 11 like all of my others, and my Xbow to level three like the others.
After that I will focus my efforts on upgrading "Townhall 10 upgrades" and move forward.

This priority list is suited for my play style, and while I recomend it, it isn't for everyone! I wish you luck!

That should be priority (any can be first)
