Actually Ryan was KIND, didn't start saying we are failing.
I think you should just leave this alone, to me it seems that a group was made to flame this:rolleyes:

This is supposed to be an enjoyable and community- run event that you all are being asked to contribute to. Instead of doing so and coming together as a community to improve the awards, you've decided to flame an trash this thread, and be rude and hateful towards the members who are running this event.
I always though of this as a great and friendly community where members were able to share their ideas and help out, but you've made me start to doubt that. I never thought or expected ANY members of these forums to behave in such a childish and offensive way, especially when you're being given the choice to contribute to and improve such a great, community- run event.
Please go flame or be rude somewhere else- none of the people who have worked SO hard to set up and run this event deserve ANY of the criticism or hate that has been exhibited by some people here, and I am extremely ashamed and disappointed to see forum members acting in such a way.
He did say it wasn't being run well...basically the same as saying its failing right?! But that's beside the point.
What you don't seem to understand is, I really want this to be a success. As I have said before, I think it is a great idea. Maybe I am putting my opinions across too harshly, but I prefer to be upfront, and not sugar coat things.
A complete revamp is needed, I would strongly urge you to take Ryan up on his offer to help, and maybe reach out to some other forumers to help out as well. Maybe try asking a Mod, or a well-respected member such as Stitch to help out also, since I saw him post some good feedback earlier.
