Grow hops, make beer, give beer to pub, make money

So my idea is to actually have a new pub as a building, this pub can be ran as an over all day to day earning where you supply it with wine, beer and crisps (the more you supply it with the more you money you earn at the end of the day). So to make the beer you grow hops and have a beer making machine. To make wine you grow grapes and have a wine press machine. To make crisps we already grow potatoes so it's the case of a crisp fryer or just a fryer which in future could be used to make other good treats? This in effect with give the players of Hay Day 2 new crops, 3 new machines, a cool looking pub building (could look like and be placed next to the neighbourhood one?) and a new day to day goal to achieve? What do you think?

They will never do it to many kids playing. I would give the wrong message to kids

I don't think it will as at the end of the day kids know what a pub is and what it supplies.... As long as there isn't a drunken Greg or drunken tom stumbling around the farm then it's not really promoting alcoholism as a pub is a business and I bet at some point every kid has been in a public house with their parents. Now a days kids parents let them play on games that are unsuitable for their age groups but they don't moan about that???? I do understand where your coming from though..... I would just want to see a new cool pub building :)

Impossible as it is a family game and Supercell will never implement it.

I understand where you are coming from however beer and grapes and wine have been suggested in the past and our Community Manager Nick has replied to them saying since Hay Day is a family game and played by all ages alcohol is a no-no.

I did not like the idea, do not have the young people drinking beer and sell them as they play the game with us!

I like the idea. We are already selling goods to Bens Brewery in town. So not quite sure how this is different. Beer is one of the oldest food items ever produced. If the Documentary series is to be believed 'Beer built America'. Alcohol, taken sensibly and in moderation is part of many families lives.

I saw my parents drinking, when we were old enough we were allowed to drink with them lemonade topped beer, wine and orange juice. No mystery involved, sensible attitude to it. Me and my siblings drink in moderation now.

I know it will never be implemented in HD, but it is a part of our lives, we can buy it in the supermarket. I dont think making it here is promoting alcohol abuse or children drinking. I am sure most children would treat it like any other food item to be made and sold. And it is not like they can be secretly drinking it.

Oh I'm sorry it's totally what the young people are going to do after they produce alcohol on HD is go to the pub or supermarket and get hammered!

Great idea.....just make it a restaurant!

yes a resturaunt would be cool. they should add a product called French fries made out of potatoes

Just wanted to say I'm so happy to receive positive feedback! Who knows maybe Hay Day will realise that this isn't the 1920s and certain things do exist :) restaurant is an awesome idea instead of a public house :)

This idea is amazing and you could get some many new and features off this idea!!!!

Some people say SC won't add this. This may be true but maybe not. In the parents guide it states games are recommend for ages 13+.

I hear what you are saying with the parent guide for the game amongst the kids but not all parents know for what their children are playing because they simply do not check in what they are doing on their phones ect. I play this one other game where they did add the alcohol for that game but I won't share the name on this forum.

We also need to take into account that this is a global game and, as such, it means that people of all faiths and nationalities are happily playing along. There are many players who, for reasons of religion or choice, do not consume alcohol and would not appreciate such an addition. I think Supercell have it about right. :)

I would have to disagree with the whole faith thing..... If they were so in with faith and religion, I'm pretty sure eating bacon is against some peoples religion. But it is there along with other things in our day to day life like alcohol. Just because it's there doesn't mean you have to drink it and it certainly doesn't promote alcoholism to kids..... I work on the railway and so I see they have the new feature where they have the town and the railway, now by the looks of it, the towns people just walk all over the train lines when they want to get back to the train station, I believe this is unsafe and it could possibly make children think that it's safe to walk across open railway tracks???? Is the world really that simple minded???

P.s - what is the statistics for a person or child getting struck and seriously hurt by a train to them becoming an alcoholic and getting seriously injured by that? TRESSPASSING happens on the railway everyday and there are more casualties caused from that than alcoholism!!!!

They should deffinatly get a pub/restaurant. And honestly kids know what alcohol is early on in life they are taught in school not to drink it's not like if you download the game you get a free case of beer. It's a game what about games like grand theft auto. That has hookers/drugs/killing and I know for a fact young kids are playing it . So what is the big deal if there's a pub or a beer maker.
