Hi All,
I have got the TH8 recently and upgraded the LAB and the Clan castle first.
Will also get the level 5 archers soon and after that I will get barbs upgraded.
I have also leveled up most of the new buildings to some extent.
DE drill and DE storage are also currently being upgraded to level 3.
Now, I need some suggestions on what to max-out first:-
1. All the barracks or
2. Wizard tower/mortars or
3. Others (which one?)
and why?

On troop upgrades I found the healer upgrade the most suprising, it didn't look like much but sure was the best for me, the added healing power and higher hp made them so much more valuable than I had expected.
On defence definately mortars early, but do put one builder aside for back to back tesla upgrades non stop all the way. It takes long but I wish I had done those sooner, at max level they have by far the highest dps.
Mortars max level for TH8 will kill L4 gobs and L5 archers with just one hit...a huge benefit!
Teslas go up to lvl6 (!) that's three (!) levels up from their previuos max, one reason to start them off early, the other their defencive strength. Once at L6 they'll sport stunning 75 dps, that's 10 more than AT and C at their max lvl and at a firing rate that kills in the blink of an eye.

Splash, then barracks. You don't need pekkas to farm. ;)
Ok, then Splash defense upgrade first.
Upgrade the mortars/wizard towers. If you have enough builders, you can upgrade your barracks simultaneously.

Definitely upgrade your mortars and wizard towers. REMEMBER: DEFENSE BEFORE ATTACK.
Mortars and Wizard Towers first. Also, don't forget to work on your Teslas.
